Maintaining a wood burning fire is a full time job obtaining fuel, fortunately part of our garden is woodland which needs maintaining.
The builders working next door had to take out one of our trees in the front garden which was dead, Peter sawed it into logs and stowed it away. This morning he walked in with this which had grown on the log with in the last couple of days. Taken in natural day light with no added light. They seem to glow like lanterns
